Snow Flurry February

I don't know about you but January 2025 has felt like the never ending month and February is off to an interesting start with snow flurries today. There was a point when the sky was blue and chunks of snow was falling on the ground (weather never ceases to amaze me)! Keeping it light with a quick recap of the month - I went on adventures with kiddos (friends kids & my niece), went on amazing walks with my friend's dog and truly enjoyed the sunny days and spectacular sunsets.
I did have friends over for dinner twice and this is a great way for me to hold myself accountable and cook more often. Menu for one Tuesday was chicken shawarma with a Mediterranean yellow rice. The other Tuesday I made lasagna. For weekly TV night I made a roasted tomato/ red pepper soup.
This month I'm hoping to continue the dinners and my goal will be to post to the blog (more than once a month). I took a Wix Studio class in January and learnt so much about the interface and how to create websites which is something that is way out of my realm of knowledge so here to learning and continued growth.
